Share Your Work at The Yoga Service Conference at Omega in 2017

The Yoga Service Exhibition Expo returns this year to the 6th annual Yoga Service Conference, May 19-21, 2017, presented in partnership with the Omega Institute, in Rhinebeck, New York. This gathering will bring together the nation’s leading teachers using yoga and mindfulness practices in communities that often don’t have access to these powerful practices. Faculty include Linda Graham, Gail Parker, Sat Bir Khalsa, Leslie Booker, Teo Drake, Melody Moore, Nikki Myers, and many other leaders in the field of yoga service. During the conference, we will be dedicating several hours on Saturday evening to a Yoga Service Exhibition, in which organizations will have booth space to share their work and answer questions from participants. This exhibit will be open to the full Omega campus, not just the conference participants, and you will be welcome to sell items that are related to your organization (with the exception of items sold in the Omega bookstore).
THE DETAILS:
EXHIBIT TABLE FEES: $250 Regular fee, $125 YSC members
Exhibit table fees help support the Yoga Service Council, a 501(c)(3) organization, and help us maintain tiered pricing for the conference, and offer scholarships to those in need.
*Accepted applicants will receive a full booth (six feet by 30 inches) of space on Sat. May 20th, from 7:30pm – 10:00pm.
*Tables will be set up with table cloths and two chairs. Set up will be from 6:30-7:30.
*All booths must be attended for the full length of the exhibit.
*Sampling and sales are permitted, but all organizations are responsible for collecting their own sales tax if applicable.
*All qualifying applicants will be listed in the conference program by name and location.
*Accepted applicants must register for the conference through Omega. We cannot guarantee your space until registration has been confirmed.
